The purpose of the company is to hold, for its own account, participations and interests in other companies and entities of any type and object, in Switzerland and/or abroad, with the possibility of directly or indirectly financing group companies or third-party companies in Switzerland and abroad, also providing for their rental and sale. The company may also acquire, enhance, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, solely for its own account and in compliance with applicable laws, with particular reference to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Land by Foreigners (LAFE). Finally, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations or of any other kind deemed necessary or useful, functionally connected with the company's purpose or aimed at achieving it.
