The cooperative aims to build and operate residential and care facilities in Zernez for people in need of care. The residential and care facilities are operated by third parties, but can also be operated by the cooperative itself. Furthermore, the cooperative creates medical practice, therapy and office spaces and rents them out. The cooperative is denominationally and politically neutral and non-profit. In particular, members do not enjoy privileges over non-members in the use of cooperative facilities and services. The cooperative is not profit-oriented. Any profits may not be distributed, but must be used for operational or construction measures in the sense of the cooperative's purpose; complete purpose description according to the statutes.
