to improve the housing conditions of the population and in particular those of its members; to purchase, build, renovate and manage buildings and to remove them from speculation; to promote the participation of its members in the management of buildings and the cooperative; to build or renovate its buildings in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, so that they meet criteria in terms of solidarity economy, social quality and environmental respect; to prohibit the transformation of the building(s) in question into condominium ownership within the framework of real estate operations carried out with or without state support or on land sold or made available under superficies law by a public authority; to promote and disseminate the cooperative ideal.
