Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with safe and affordable housing, and to maintain it; it seeks to offer housing for all segments of the population, particularly families, people with disabilities and the elderly; it promotes community life in the sense of global civic responsibility and mutual solidarity (for full purpose see statutes).
