to take common action in favor of its members, in particular by promoting their economic interest, especially in the context of real estate transactions, namely to provide its members with housing at favorable conditions, to purchase, build, renovate or manage buildings and to remove them from speculation, to sell buildings with a view to reinvesting in accordance with the statutory purpose, to entrust its buildings to resident collectives, promoting their self-management as far as possible, to build or renovate its buildings with the participation of the inhabitants; the cooperative is non-profit (cf. statutes for full purpose).
