The improvement of housing conditions for the population and in particular for its members; it aims to develop housing that meets demanding criteria in terms of social economy, social quality and environmental respect, in accordance with the principles set out in its ethical charter; the cooperative's activity is of public utility and does not pursue any profit-making purpose; the cooperative's activity is characterized by joint action in favor of its members, as well as in favor of other persons, housing cooperatives or public authorities, wishing to develop real estate projects that meet the principles set out in its ethical charter (cf. statutes for full purpose).
