The cooperative aims to improve the housing conditions of the population and, more specifically, to promote the economic interests of its members by providing them with housing at advantageous conditions through joint action. To this end, it may: acquire land and rental properties; acquire superficies rights; build rental buildings; manage its own properties; carry out any other real estate operation related to its purpose. The cooperative's real estate is inalienable, unless decided otherwise by the general assembly. The cooperative prohibits any speculative operation. The cooperative maintains its buildings in good condition and renovates them periodically. The residential and commercial premises of a building must be distributed in a suitable ratio and the proportion of housing must be at least 80%. The cooperative limits its activity to the district of Jura Nord Vaudois.
