To build and make available to its members, through a joint effort of the latter, housing at favorable conditions, in particular within the framework of the federal law encouraging the construction and ownership of housing (LF of October 4, 1974), and especially apartments located in the building constructed on plot no. 505, sheet 29, of the municipality of Geneva, Plainpalais district, while permanently removing these housing units from speculation; encouragement of the construction of individual and associative housing.
