The cooperative aims to: provide its members with moderately priced housing and permanently remove it from land and real estate speculation; maintain its housing, any ancillary buildings and the entire property; create a living space where harmony between its inhabitants and with nature is a priority and cultivated; promote individual, collective and ecological awareness.
