The purpose of CORA is to empower girls and young women through high-quality education, thereby contributing to a more equitable work environment. The program developed by CORA focuses on education, taking into account the intersection of gender and race. The future is accelerated through scholarships for girls and young women at private schools in Brazil and a sponsorship program where the girl is the protagonist. In addition to the scholarship, CORA provides support in the areas of nutrition and well-being, health, finance, communication, technology, and employability, as well as tutoring when needed. CORA adopts a holistic approach, recognizing families and schools as pillars of support. CORA offers schools and parents a training journey focused on diversity, equality, and inclusion, with complementary activities to support the program's success and enable the growth journey of students and their families. CORA organizes campaigns, collects donations, recruits volunteers, and provides support to ensure local representation in Switzerland and Europe, in order to (i) purchase medicines, vitamins, books, software, hardware, clothing, and food, and (ii) finance schools, doctors, private teachers, and specialists who contribute to the implementation of the program in Brazil.
