The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, marketing, rental, management, planning, administration, operation, and development of real estate or movable assets, the development and realization of real estate projects, as well as all operations related to these areas of activity. In general, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or real estate transactions, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that any real estate assets will be used exclusively for commercial purposes and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto. It may also create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies or enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this favors its interests.
