The purpose of the company is: a) education in anatomy - physiology - pathology (APP), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Ericksonian hypnosis, and other therapies and/or complementary disciplines with the aim of issuing professional certifications in these fields; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
