The company may also engage in import-export operations. The company will also take care, on commission, of organizing sales on behalf of third parties and may participate in other similar companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire and sell participations, grant and receive financing and guarantees of any kind and in general carry out any operation and activity useful and necessary for the pursuit of the company's purpose.
