The company's purpose is to act as a trustee within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions. The company also aims to provide administrative, fiduciary, accounting and consulting services in the field of asset management and planning; to provide and promote services related to the creation and management of companies, partnerships and other similar legal structures in Switzerland and abroad; to provide all services and undertake and exercise all activities in the field of incorporation, administration and management of companies, partnerships and other similar legal structures in Switzerland and abroad; to assume project management for transactions undertaken by private companies abroad; to assist in opening bank accounts and making investments by private companies abroad, including in stocks, real estate, works of art and other categories of assets; to provide accounting and other administrative services to private individuals abroad; to provide accounting and other administrative services to private individuals and entities domiciled in Switzerland. It may carry out all purchase and sale transactions, representation, commission and brokerage operations that are likely to develop its purpose, and generally all commercial, industrial, financial and consulting operations having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development, and create branches in Switzerland or abroad as well as any acquisition, sale and holding of real estate, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may also grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor or guarantee any commitment made by its shareholders or third parties.
