The Company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and/or abroad, all real estate transactions, including (without limitation) the renovation and maintenance of real estate properties as well as the execution of mandates in the field of real estate construction, including as a general contractor; to file, acquire, hold and sell patents and/or all intellectual property rights (trademarks, etc.) and to acquire, hold and grant licenses; to grant loans and/or any other form of financing to one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it promotes the interests of the Company; to provide guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or one or more third parties to secure commitments and/or obligations of one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or one or more third parties, if it promotes the interests of the Company.
