The Company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to or arising from the operation of a mountain resort in the Crans-Montana region, including but not limited to catering, the sale of transportation tickets, the operation of private clubs and ski or snowboard schools, guided activities, the retail and wholesale sale of goods, rental, as well as the provision of auxiliary goods and services, including parking and snow removal. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, negotiate, alienate or transfer in any other way participations in companies of any kind in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out financing for its own account or for the account of affiliated companies or third parties, including the financing of affiliated companies, the issuance of guarantees and the conclusion of suretyships for affiliated companies and third parties. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, manage, hold, sell and transfer in any other way real estate (but only properties serving as permanent establishments within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 let. a FATA) and related rights. The Company may carry out all operations and conclude all agreements that directly or indirectly serve its purpose, relate to it or result from it.
