As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, and secure these loans by assigning or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
