The acquisition in any form, holding, administration and sale of participations in other companies and businesses in Switzerland and abroad. The company may open and maintain branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, represent third parties, conduct activities and conclude agreements to promote the purpose of the company. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to directly or indirectly controlled companies, as well as to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and companies directly or indirectly controlled by them, and provide guarantees or collateral of any kind for obligations of the aforementioned companies towards other group companies or third parties, also through the pledge of company assets or through guarantees of any kind, even if these guarantees or collateral are granted with or without remuneration.
