The company's purpose is to develop, advise and train in the field of computer science, to market, in all its forms, computer hardware and software in the field of digitalization, in particular to design, study, manage, develop and operate applications for computer platforms such as smartphones, electronic tablets or websites. The company may also: a) carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); b) take participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad; d) grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
