The acquisition, holding, management, and disposal of equity interests in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the provision of related services. The company may acquire, operate, manage, and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and undertake all legal acts in connection with its purpose or which are likely to promote its development or that of companies in the same group. The company may provide direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds a direct or indirect interest, to its direct or indirect shareholders, and to companies in which they hold a direct or indirect interest, whether through loans or other financing, including under cash pooling agreements, as well as provide security of any kind for their commitments, including through pledges or transfer of assets of the company in trust or guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not. Excluded from the company's purpose are all activities subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), in particular the acquisition of interests in real estate companies holding residential properties in Switzerland as well as the direct ownership of residential properties located in Switzerland.
