The company's purpose is to provide advice in the field of commodities trading as well as company formation. The company may, both for its own account and for third parties, engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, including credit operations, particularly financing commercial transactions within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3, letter a of the LBA, with the exception, however, of any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also acquire and manage stakes, for its own account or for third parties, in commercial or industrial enterprises located in Switzerland or abroad, through the acquisition of shares, bonds, stakes, debt holdings, or any other adequate form.
