The company may also provide scientific and technical consulting services to group companies or third parties, facilitate the exchange of information and materials between research units, also in the context of collaboration with other third-party entities, research organizations, and public and private research institutes, centers and laboratories operating in the sector. The company, both in Switzerland and abroad, may, provided that it is deemed instrumental to the above-mentioned purpose or necessary for its achievement: take over the management, operation, liquidation of other companies or enterprises with the same social purpose; carry out all industrial, commercial, financial, movable and immovable operations; take direct or indirect interests or participations in other companies or enterprises with a similar, related or connected purpose, as well as provide guarantees, sureties and guarantees, both real and personal, also in favor of third parties, without limitation, provided that it is in the social interest. The particular enumeration does not limit the company's activity in any way, which must be referred to the broader social purpose. The company also has the possibility of carrying out all other real estate, movable, commercial and financial activities deemed useful for achieving the social purpose, including the granting of real and personal guarantees in favor of third parties.
