It may acquire, encumber and sell real estate and personal property - excluding any activity prohibited by the LFAIE - including intellectual property rights, in Switzerland and abroad and, upon decision of the board of directors, establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad. The company may provide securities and guarantees to its shareholders or other group companies and grant loans to its shareholders or other group companies.
