The company's purpose is to operate a medical practice in the field of gynecology and obstetrics; all advisory and expert activities in the field of gynecological diseases. In general, the company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees. It may also acquire, hold, operate and dispose of real estate for management purposes, as well as carry out all real estate and movable property transactions, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
