The company's purpose is: - the development, handcrafted manufacturing using precision equipment, as well as the sale of high-end, customized competition bicycle wheels for professionals and experienced amateurs; - the distribution and sale of bicycle wheel components, such as carbon rims, hubs, spokes, and other accessories. The company may pursue its purpose through any operations - especially through any contracts - without limitation: - regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, with the proviso that real estate transactions can only be carried out within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) or intellectual property or services; - regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies, or by subcontractors.
