The company's purpose is to carry out all operations in the real estate sector, both in Switzerland and abroad, including the purchase, holding, study, development, sale, promotion, management, and brokerage of real estate and architectural assets and projects, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to develop, use, lease, and sell computer software, applications, and all derivatives, as well as to provide training, webinars, and conferences in the aforementioned fields. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing and extending its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if this promotes its interests and carry out any cash pooling activity on behalf of the group to which it belongs.
