The conception, production, marketing, and execution of any activity, work, and service related to furniture, design, and architecture, as well as the provision of consulting services related to all customer service activities related to architecture, such as advice on the purchase of land for construction or real estate units, advice on exterior architecture, advice on interior architecture, interior design, including advice on the purchase of decorative objects, furniture, and art. It will also carry out activities in the fields of interior and exterior architecture, including the study, design, execution, and coordination of architectural, landscape, urban, or residential projects, both for private and public spaces. To this end, by way of example but not exhaustively, the company may: manage one or more showrooms or furniture and design stores; handle all operations related to space planning, interior design, and contemporary architecture; acquire, administer, use, or transfer real estate necessary for the exercise of its activities; participate in construction, renovation, or comprehensive rehabilitation projects, in line with its competence in furniture and architecture; acquire and sell shares of companies operating in the fields of the corporate purpose; participate in public and private competitions; participate in trade fairs and exhibitions. All these activities may be carried out both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, directly or indirectly, in the form of collaboration, license, mandate, or subcontracting.
