The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, in particular the purchase, sale and rental of real estate; the construction, transformation and development of real estate; the management and realization of real estate promotions; brokerage; consulting as well as all movable, real estate and financial activities both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical to or similar to its own, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and real estate operations and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
