The Company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to provide all consulting, brokerage and management services in terms of strategy, development, financing, transactions to all companies regardless of their field of activity; all mandates as administrators or managers of all companies, associations and organizations regardless of their field of activity; all training and instruction services to all companies regardless of their field of activity, individuals, associations and any public or parapublic organization regardless of its legal structure; all participations of the Company, by any means, in any company or society created or to be created, in particular through the creation of a new company, contribution, partnership, subscription or repurchase of securities or social rights, merger, alliance or association in participation or economic interest grouping or management lease. The Company may create branches or subsidiaries, acquire companies with a similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. The Company shall not be allowed to hold residential properties in Switzerland or rights thereto within the meaning of the LFAIE.
