To provide legal mechanisms and tools that extend the rights of inventors, such as the right to choose counsel, regardless of country of residence; to promote a better understanding among inventors and innovation companies of their rights related to their intellectual property, through education and publications; to provide a vehicle that will increase the ability of inventors to assert their rights; to promote best practices in intellectual property strategy.
