The company's purpose is to organize and sell travel services worldwide, and more particularly in the chartering of DAHABEYA boats on the Nile for resale to tour operators or travel agencies. The company may, directly or indirectly in relation to its main purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate operations, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; participate in all enterprises or activities, or acquire or establish enterprises with an identical or analogous purpose; create branches; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it promotes its interests; conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating to it directly or indirectly.
