In the first area of activity, direct and indirect support and promotion of the needy, disabled and sick, promotion of science and research, primarily in the fields of medicine and general welfare, support of non-profit Jewish institutions in Switzerland and in developing countries (excluding Israel) through the allocation of grants; in the second area of activity, initiation, promotion and recognition of extraordinary achievements in the fields of natural sciences, medicine, including healthcare, humanities, law and economics, peace policy, as well as art and literature; may in the second area of activity directly and indirectly support the needy, disabled and sick, and engage in other non-profit activities, particularly also in Israel.
