The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of architecture, renovation of real estate, monitoring and management of construction work, as well as interior design, trade and distribution of construction materials, purchase, sale and development of any building and any real estate right, excluding activities prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also operate as a general or total contractor, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, and take any participation in similar or analogous companies, acquire any building for its own needs or sell it. It may also participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions in different countries.
