The association sets impulses for a multi-perspective examination of scientific research and its contributions to social change. The association makes scientific working methods and questions accessible to a broad population (from children to seniors) in a simplified, content-based and appealing way. The association promotes the exchange of scientific knowledge, data, methods, technologies, and supports a variety of activities in research, innovation and education (particularly in the field of life sciences/biotechnology). To this end, the association carries out projects (individually or in cooperation), organizes events, develops suitable journalistic formats and generates scientific data and insights. This stimulates a discourse and shapes an open dialogue between various actors and institutions of science and society at home and abroad. In addition, the association can undertake all activities that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the association and are directly or indirectly related to it.
