The Company's purpose is to provide all services and engage in all activities in the field of establishment, administration and management of companies, trusts and similar legal structures, in Switzerland and abroad, to offer fiduciary, accounting, administrative and advisory services, and this for the account of a specific family. The Company may only manage trusts within the limited scope of Art. 9 para. 3 OEFin. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, take an interest in and, more generally, participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties any financial, commercial or real estate transaction (excluding transactions related to the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons), directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; and grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
