The company may also engage in all commercial, financial, movable, or immovable transactions, the latter provided that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), take participations in other companies, and, in general, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches, in Switzerland and abroad.
