The Company's purpose is the import, export, purchase, and sale of new and used spare parts for cars, trucks, buses, and any other means including special and/or construction site transport. The management of garages, body shops, car washes, and dealerships, the purchase and sale of workshop equipment, the import and export of new and used vehicles of any kind, the preparation of vehicles for testing, and the holding of vehicles through fiduciary contracts. The import and marketing of consumables such as paper, detergents of all kinds, and single-use medicinal materials. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, acquire participations, and, more generally, participate in all companies and entities directly or indirectly connected to its purpose; carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, financial, commercial, securities, or real estate transactions (excluding transactions subject to authorization under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LAFE)) directly or indirectly connected to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, where permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate, and sell real estate; and the granting of loans or any other form of financing to, and the granting of guarantees of any kind, directly or indirectly for the benefit of its affiliated companies, companies of the same group, or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, or security interests in the Company's assets.
