The company's purpose is to engage in all activities: - in individual wealth management, for its own account or on behalf of third parties, domiciled in Switzerland or abroad; - as an intermediary in investments, insurance and other financial instruments; - in advising on financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, it may: - participate in all companies and carry out all mobile, real estate, financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; - establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
