Creation of a digital or physical exchange platform to receive, on the one hand, physical or electronic donations of money from natural or legal persons of private or public law, and to forward, on the other hand, the received funds to the non-profit organizations selected by the donors around the world, provided that they meet the strict ethical standards set by the board of the association and are registered on its official list of ethical organizations; promotes the creation of national associations that pursue the same purpose; can employ staff, rent, buy and sublet movable and immovable property in Valais, Switzerland and abroad, subject to the applicable laws and regulations.
