The company's purpose is the production of fiction films, commercial films, documentary films or animated films, with artistic or promotional intent; graphic creation (creation of characters for animated films, illustrations, graphics, posters); management of associated revenue and authors' rights; consulting or teaching in related artistic fields. The company may acquire real estate and intangible assets, subject to the operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may take participations in any companies, acquire or create such companies, carry out all operations and perform all functions that are intended to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect connection with its object.
