The Company's purpose is to acquire, develop, sell, lease, broker, manage and promote real estate properties in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to develop and manage real estate projects, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or through entities dedicated to these activities. Real estate acquisitions in Switzerland will be limited to properties with exclusively commercial use. The Company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, contractual, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties.
