The association aims to pursue non-profit purposes and is not profit-oriented. It acts in the field of defense as a link, catalyst, and supporter between national defense, its procurement organizations, universities and research institutions, as well as industry and startups. It particularly promotes the development and integration of new technologies in the defense sector, cooperation between public and private actors, and agile and timely procurement processes. The association can establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, participate in other companies both domestically and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. Any potential profit will be used exclusively to fulfill the association's purpose, and distributions to shareholders are excluded. Shares must be transferred at nominal value.
