DeFi Collective

The purpose of the association is to support and promote decentralized finance projects (DeFi) worldwide. To achieve this purpose, the association may raise funds and use all means suitable for this purpose, such as providing grants for liquidity provision, research, development, and related activities, as well as carrying out and participating in all other activities that serve to support and promote such projects. The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, utilize, manage, and dispose of tokens, real estate, and intellectual property, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all other activities and legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the purpose of the association.
