It may also create branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, and acquire or found companies with an identical or similar purpose. With the unanimous consent of all its members, the company may also grant loans to one or more of them on conditions, including interest and amortization, to be defined in due time.
