The association aims to: a) promote international orientation, cooperation and cohesion among its members; b) support its members in maintaining the highest quality professional performance standards; c) directly or indirectly hold the name "Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu" in the interest of the Deloitte network, or any other name designated by the association, including all logos established by the association used in connection with the association ("International Name"), namely "Deloitte", "Deloitte & Touche" and "Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu" ("International Business Name") and the names "Deloitte", "Touche" and "Tohmatsu", including all combinations and abbreviations, all similar or derived names and all logos used in connection with these names ("Related Names") and to grant and trade usage rights to the extent deemed expedient; d) directly or indirectly hold, manage and develop patents, trademarks, copyrights and related intellectual property rights in the interest of the Deloitte network or other exclusive or non-exclusive rights of any kind, and directly or indirectly participate in agreements of the Deloitte network concerning intellectual property rights; e) support and follow the strategies and guidelines adopted by DTT for the Deloitte central units; f) carry out the association's activities in accordance with the statutes and the supplementary regulations; and g) all other activities related to the aforementioned purposes.
