The company's purpose is to operate a dental practice and all activities in the dental and paradental field, in particular the planning and execution of dental care and the correction of congenital and aesthetic malformations, prophylaxis, the manufacture, repair and development of dental appliances, the sale of prophylaxis and dental care products as well as dental aesthetic and cosmetic products. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may, in any form, be interested in all similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
