Promotion, support and development through both financial and non-financial means of decentralized networks and decentralized software applications, technologies and architectures with a clear focus on the DESAT network; Building the core framework of the DESAT network; Promoting and supporting the growth of the DESAT network through financial and non-financial means; Leading and guiding the DESAT network towards self-governance by interest groups of the DESAT network; Promoting and integrating the DESAT network into relevant communities; Educating the general public about the DESAT network and decentralized software architectures in general; Promoting, supporting and financing corresponding third-party activities, projects and research and development activities; Receiving and distributing corresponding financial contributions and participating in other companies; Communicating and cooperating with third parties, including government agencies, in all matters related to the DESAT network; Issuing, receiving, selling and/or holding digital assets; Acquiring, selling, holding and/or granting intellectual property rights; Conducting and supporting business and/or participating in transactions and taking all measures that support the foundation's purpose as defined herein; The foundation may delegate all its tasks to other organizations, establish and/or promote such existing organizations. The foundation may operate within its purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. The founder reserves the right to change the foundation's purpose in accordance with Art. 86a and 86b of the Swiss Civil Code.
