The company's purpose is the operation of a cellar, the production, manufacture and marketing of all wine and viticulture products and any other agricultural and derived products, as well as the acquisition, sale, rental and management of agricultural land and estates. The company may undertake all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches and take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or similar companies. It may also acquire, sell, rent, manage and build residential buildings, commercial and industrial premises, subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all activities directly or indirectly related thereto.
