The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, holding and management of participations in all companies or enterprises (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad. In general, the company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and other transactions in Switzerland and abroad, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
