The company's purpose is the production, sale, purchase and marketing of all legal tobacco substitutes, in particular legal cannabinoid-based tobacco substitutes (cannabidiol), the acquisition of participations in other companies, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, acquire participations in other companies, acquire or establish similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
